Baturi Local Miners reserves the right in its sole discretion to allow the dissolution of the contractually binding agreement between the “buyer” and Baturi Local Miners by the cancellation of your outstanding order. Order cancellations will incur any operational, hedging, and/or market loss fees. If we do not receive a payment within this time frame, Baturi Local Miners reserves the right to send customer accounts to “collections” to retrieve cancellation fees. Any cost of collections activities to Baturi Local Miners will be added to the balance due. Should the order enter legal proceedings, the amount owed would increase by 50% and all attorney fees incurred by Baturi Local Miners would be the responsibility of the customer. Any market gains as a result of a canceled order will remain the property of Baturi Local Miners.

Any order that remains unpaid outside of payment terms as described in Baturi Local Miners Payment Policies is eligible for cancellation.

Baturi Local Miners reserves the right to decline, refuse or cancel any order with or without reason, regardless of payment method, or order confirmation. Baturi Local Miners also reserves the right to cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious, too significant of risk, incorrect in confirmed price, or if payment has not been received within a specified time frame.

Currently, international customers can pay via bank wire, credit card or Coinbase commerce, BitPay and other available crypto gateway (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.). Please note that international bank wire transfers go through an intermediary institution before the funds are sent to our account. Most of the time, this intermediary will charge us a fee to accept the money. If you are unavailable to accept delivery of the package or you refuse delivery of the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Cancellation penalty will be applied to a credit card on file previously used to secure a buyback order or regular order either online or via telephone. Baturi Local Miners reserves the right to charge any valid credit card on file for applicable market loss and cancellation fees. Any market gains as a result of a cancelled order will remain the property of Baturi Local Miners.

• Cancellation requests must be filed via telephone during normal business hours. Baturi Local Miners will evaluate any request to cancel an order on a case-by-case basis and only under rare, extraordinary circumstances will cancellation be approved.

• The supplier/customer agrees to ensure the products they send to Baturi Local Miners. Insurance should include but is not limited to, loss of product or damage in transit.
